Eleni-MBDC brochure cover page(s)
I was torn between these 3 different layouts so I decided to upload them all. The first one I found aesthetically appealing, but I realized that it doesn't say anything about "eco-friendly." So the other layouts I created the image with the grass paint brush and paint stroke, which I felt expressed more of the message I wanted to come across: eco-friendly paint. I took out the color from the logo to keep the design more simple, but I'm debating on putting the green back in. What do you guys think?

HI Eleni! You got some lovely clear and visual emphases on the white/negative space. It feels to me your giving the company some permontional shot.
ReplyDeleteEleni – Well, there is a reason you are drawn to the first one – it’s a very compelling image. Very active, very energetic. So – I vote for that one. But you are right – it must say more visually. And… that’s what Photoshop is for. Right? The red paint could/should be green. Do it! :)
ReplyDeleteEleni,
ReplyDeleteI love the first design, it's bold and adds color. However, like Coni said I would definitely change that orange paint to a nice green color. Perhaps put the green back into your logo and match it to the green you come up with for the paint color! Just a thought, but good ideas so far.
Eleni, I love the 1st cover... also you have a good use of white/negative space in all of them...However, you need some green in the 1st cover if you want to keep it as your cover... so do some Photoshop work and you are done with your cover design...
ReplyDeleteGreat job!
