Eleni-MBDC Logo Revision

I changed the logo a bit and also came up with these 2 different layouts. Please let me know which one you guys like better or if the logo needs more adjusting. Thank you!

  1. Eleni,
My eyes are really brought to the logo on the top. It's great. Much more CEO-like than just having a thumb print.

The bottom one to me looks like the name of the company is MBODC instead of MBDC just because the globe is relatively close to the same size as the other letters and generally looks like the letter O.

If you're leaning towards putting the globe in the center, perhaps you could think about making the globe a little bigger so that it is larger than the letters and put it behind the letters all together? I feel as though the black on top of the green would give it enough contrast to be readable.

  2. Eleni- Great job on both logos, I like that you took a different approach with your logo, I think it's a great start. I also agree with Nicole, my eye is really drawn to the first logo. However I really like the globe in both of the logos. I think texture of the thumb print globe is very interesting, and a different approach to your initial idea of the thumb print, I really like that you were able to combine the two together, it looks amazing especially the details of the contents. The second logo is nice, but I feel that having the globe in the center is a little distracting. Overall you did a really great job.
    Good luck!

  3. Good job Eleni on the re-work of your logo. I will go for the logo on the top. I like your iconic logo. it's unique. you can recognize the company with the use of the wordmark logo.
However, I have an issue with the "M". I found it too sharped on the top. Except that I will vote for the top one once more

  4. Eleni – The logo is a great step forward, my only concern is that when it is quite small it might loose its important detail work. So, I’m suggesting that you enlarge it in relation to the type – so it will always appear significantly larger than the type, thus retaining the line work. Nice!
