Elizabeth-I like where this is going so far! For me, the second one stands out more. But maybe instead of having the letters be 2 different colors, just keep it to one color. I love the honeycomb design very much, but I'm wondering if you could maybe put that design within a shape, not having it cropped off and get rid of the green background. And then maybe you can have the cropped effect of the design within the brochure. Just some ideas, but great work so far!
Elizabeth, I do agree with Eleni when it comes to keeping the letters all the same color if you stick to the second design. Just because I feel as though the second one stands out to me the most as well and I feel as though the MBDC title would stand out better if you gave all the letters the same amount of contrast to that bright green you have in the background.
Thank you Eleni and Nicole for your opinions, they are really helpful. I see what you guys are talking about when you say to have the MBDC as one color to create an equal amount of contrast, I will definitely make that change to my design, Thank you again. Eleni you gave a brilliant idea that I didn't even think of thank you so much for that also!
Elizabeth - I will also go for the 2nd logo... I was thinking about putting a white color instead of the green and put "MBDC" in green. Or leave it as is and put MBDC in white by making sure the letters line up on the top and the bottom... good job overall
Elizabeth - I see good suggestions above, and I’d add a suggestion to simply darken the green a bit, use white letters, and use the hexagon in a way that does not invade the letters… whether that means putting them into another shape, or having them travel across the green rectangle in a way that leaves a successful relationship between the green and the white area.
