I love redesigning house, and buy furniture. So I thought about furniture manufacturer, I am a kind of person that believes in remodeling houses, changing furnitures, giving new look to houses each 2 or 3 years by changing furnitures. Therefore, I deciding to target furniture manufacturer with the vision to give to those manufacturer not only to recycle old or damaged furniture and create new ones but also to use renewable energy or free energy from the sunlight. And this recylce process willfall into the cradle to cradle design, where every part of a product is designed in the intension of bringing it back to technical cycle (Manufacturer -> Product Use  -> Return -> Diassemble).
You will find below the pictures I selected from one of the free image stock website  for students.

Targeted Companies :
• Ashley Furniture
• Burton James
• Uttermost

  1. Sarah – furniture manufacturers are a viable target audience, very good. Besides showing finished furniture (and people enjoying the furniture), I think you might want to look at “green” factory buildings… because that is what MBCE would be involved in. New manufacturing processes in new types of buildings that use new sustainable systems within the manufacturing process. So… if you are going to to use wind turbines or solar panels… they should be on the roofs of some very interesting looking buildings. Don’t forget – you may need to use Photoshop to composite the panels on the roof, etc. You may need to “build” the images for your brochure. Good beginning. If you can, try to find out more specifics about the furniture production process, to see where the process wastes material… that would be good to know.
