Sprout: The vision of Sprout World is to help reduce the world’s use of resources and be an active advocate for issues surrounding sustainability – in terms of production, green consumer products and business. They also aim to work actively to promote respect for the environment via the constant development of sustainable consumer products. Sprout seeks to become a world leader in the area of green, sustainable consumer products. The mission of Sprout World is, that they want Sprout products, in a straightforward and comprehensible way, to help make it easier to understand what sustainability is all about. We would like to contribute to greater awareness of, and education about sustainability. They do this through strategic partnerships with national and international educational institutions.
I know about this company is because of the sprout pencil in a lovely store, and I very like their ideas of recycle and functional. I think this company has similar idea with MBDC, and they could build up great partnership with each other. Sprout has 4 major products: pencils, color pencils, tiny gardens, and sprout cards. Therefore I found the 5 photos related to these 4 products.





Ophelia – having MBDC partner with an educationally minded company that targets young people (is a good idea. Am I right in thinking that Sprouts is a business that makes products for children? So, Sprouts is an example of the kind of businesses MBCD could help –with their Certification system. Remember… your brochure must be targeted at a large amount of companies… not just Sprouts. So… you would not use their name in the brochure. And… this allows you to find a wider array of photos, with kids playing with their educational toys, etc. Think beyond Sprouts to include a grouping of companies like Sprout. OK?
